1-to-1 training is completely personalised to you and your needs. 

My goal as a trainer is to motivate you, empower you to push your boundaries, build your confidence, and help you become even more awesome than you already are! 

With 1-to-1 training, your own specific needs are catered for, and together we find ways to make consistent, sustainable steps forward.

I make sessions effective for your goals, whilst keeping them motivating, enjoyable, and making you feel energised every time.

Change takes time - so I try my best to help you enjoy the process, to feel great, and to encourage you to keep on improving one step at a time.

Training takes place at: MOVEMENT METHOD, TOMSAGERVEJ 2, 8240 ÅBYHØJ. Outside or alternative locations can also be arranged.
