An impactful staff benefit that can make a huge difference to people's confidence, energy levels, productivity, and health! On top of that, there's evidence to show how a consistent, intelligent training plan can mitigate common pains such as lower back or neck pain, as well as helping to reduce stress levels.

The HEALTH BOOSTER is a flexible service, where I offer personal training to your staff at your workplace. Depending on preference, it can be fully or partially financed by the employer (the remainder by the employee), and take place during or just outside of office hours. The length of each session can also be adjusted.

Once all the factors are agreed upon, your part is done, and I take charge of the rest. Bookings all go through me, so you can focus on your work.

DETAILS:​

  • Weekly or monthly personal training for your staff

  • Can be fully paid for by the company, or split between company and employee

  • Sessions can be 30 or 55mins in duration and can be on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

  • The most effective way to improve health of your staff

  • Sessions take place at your workplace - either outside, inside if there is space, or in an in-house fitness centre where possible.

  • All personal training sessions are arranged by health works, sparing you the work. Staff receive a link to make a booking in an available timeslot.

  • Safety precautions are fully observed regarding COVID-19.
