It's all about you! We work on whatever it is you need to get you feeling great. Whether that's a 12-week package giving you a strong foundation to build from or its ongoing sessions where a customised training structure energises and motivates you. Sessions can be focussed on something specific like losing some body fat, or something less concrete like getting more energy in your everday life, or building confidence. No matter what, i'll do my best to make it fun along the way!
This is for anyone who wants to build up healthier habits, a positive outlook on training, and be guided along the way. The 12 weeks are to keep you on track for a meaningful amount of time, and the goals and how we get there are personalised to you. I believe that training should be enjoyable yet impactful - so my job will be to get you smiling and sweating each session. 1 or 2 session/week options with a personal programme included, and a coaching add-on available.
1-to-1 sessions will give you the best possible coaching you need to get the most out of each session. By booking sessions in your calendar, not only will I help you with the best way to move you forward, but it will provide encouragement to show up and get your training done. I make sure to keep you moving forward and smiling each session, in a way that suits you. How many sessions we do, and how often we do them is up to us and our schedules - personal training at its most flexible.
Whether its you and your partner getting in shape together, or its a group of friends who want enjoy training in a fun, new way: Small group training gives you almost semi-personal training sessions with an extra focus on group energy and motivation. You share the experience together!
