Fun and individuality are at the centre of each session, while energy, enthusiasm, and 7 years of experience as a personal trainer are the foundation of what I offer. I have a firm belief that enjoying your training is key to long term success.
Most clients come to me for the physical results from exercising, but many find that they gain many positive mental effects like more energy in their day, better confidence, and the good feeling that comes with being good to themselves.
Sessions with me are based around my client's needs, abilities, preferences and goals.
My client-centric approach means that the training is effective for each unique individual or group. I encourage clients to challenge their bodies in different ways but still keeping consistent elements in their programme so they can see how much they are improving and progressing.
As well as effective strength training and cardio methods, I also use tools such as boxing, kettlebells, and TRX training help to make a session more individual and fun for all ability levels and preferences.
I believe in finding the right training style and routine that is specific to each of my clients, and I find great joy in seeing my clients accomplish what they didn’t think they were capable of.
