An online Bootcamp for busy men & women who want to make time for exercise, without sacrificing work or family time - getting stronger, fitter, & healthier from home...or anywhere!
It's bodyweight training - but I put my own twist on things.
Roll out of bed - Log on to Zoom - Do 40 minutes of training - Start your workday full of energy. It's super accessible, and gets rid of time-stealers like travel time or packing your gym bag. We do a mix of more traditional exercises with some more alternative movements to challenge the body in new ways and keep it fun.
