STRONG FOUNDATIONS BOOTCAMP
For men and women who want to get started in the gym, build up energy levels and confidence,
and get closer to their health and fitness goals.
This bootcamp will help start your fitness journey (or restart it) properly, with a focus on effective training done properly and safely. A whole-body approach, mixing strength training with some conditioning and mobility - giving your body an all-round boost!
